About Mary Conlon
I was attracted to the world of complementary therapies because of my daughter, who at the age of six weeks was diagnosed with eczema and asthma. After many years of attending different doctors and specialists during which her treatments only helped to control the condition and give some relief for short periods of time. I eventually stumbled upon Cranial Sacral Therapy when my little girl was nine. After only a few sessions of the CranioSacral treatment there was a major improvement with her condition and her skin was flaring up much less often. After seeing these amazing results I became hooked; and became intent on finding out more about this wonderful treatment and I then went on to study CranioSacral therapy.
My daughter is now 20 and her skin is clear 99% of the time. Although it can flare up during times of great stress such as study. She has not had to use any steroid creams since her very first session all those years ago.
I have worked in the field of CarnioSacral therapy since 2004; and have since gone on to study Reiki & Bio Testing Therapy in order to supplement my knowledge and experience in the aspiration of offering my clients the best treatment. I continuously attend courses and workshops to insure I keep up to date with all the advances in this area and to meet the demands of our every changing world.

About Siobhan Farnan
My name is Siobhan and I am a fully qualified Advanced Hypnotherapist and Advanced Meridian Therapist. My career actually started in an office as I spent many years working in the area of credit management and hold a degree in this. As many may already know how extremely stressful the corporate world can be - I was always searching for ways to relax and de-stress. I wanted to find something that was effective and not time consuming. This is what led me to hypnosis. When I discovered how effective it was for stress reduction, I wanted to learn more about what other issues could be dealt with using hypnosis. I was very happy to learn that the possibilities were endless. EFT was first introduced to me by a friend and I was so impressed with how simple and effectivethis technique is that I decided to become a qualified practitioner. The EFT technique is so simple that it is easy to teach anyone and clients then have a tool they can take with them to use whenever they need. After I qualified I began working with people on a part-time basis. I really loved the positive changes these people were able to make in their lives and so I very quickly made up my mind to make this my new full-time career. I have never looked back.

About Charles O’Connell
Through my background as a pharmacist, and my own personal life, over 25 years I have seen many people in mental distress who have been dramatically failed by the conventional approach to mental health. This propelled me on a quest for a better approach and a better understanding. About four years ago I came across the Human Givens (HG) model of mental wellbeing and was immediately struck by its more humane understanding of, and holistic approach to, the problems of life that lead people to develop mental ill-health. I embarked on studying the approach with the Human Givens College in the UK and in 2011 I completed the training programme and qualified as a HG Practitioner. The approach utilises a variety of tools to assist people manifesting a range of symptoms of distress, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, compulsions, insomnia and pain. From close contacts in my life I have developed a deep understanding of the effects childhood abuse has on a person in their adult life. The HG approach is also very useful in dealing with these difficulties. Charles O’Connell, BSc, MSc, HG Dip. P, MHGI.
